Payment, Booking & Cancellation Policy.

What makes The Doering School exceptional is its ability to support all of our clients' educational needs.Their time-like yours- is valuable. In order to maintain our commitment to the highest quality tutoring and educational support, we have a firm booking and cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully. Acknowledge and consent to its terms below.

Payment, Booking & Cancellation Policy.​

  1. Session Cancellation: 1.1. Clients may cancel tutoring sessions by providing at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session. 1.2. Clients will be charged in full for sessions that are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time or are otherwise not canceled through our booking platform. 1.3. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate session requests made within the 48-hour cancellation window. However, accommodating such requests is subject to tutor availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  2. Rescheduling: 2.1. If clients wish to reschedule a tutoring session, they are required to follow the cancellation policy and then book a new session at a convenient time. 2.2. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be treated as cancellations, and clients will be charged in full for the original session.

  3. No-shows: 3.1. If a client fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice or cancels the session within the 48-hour window, it will be considered a no-show. 3.2. No-shows will be charged in full, and the missed session will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  4. Tutor Availability: 4.1. Tutor availability is subject to change and may vary based on the individual tutor's schedule. We cannot guarantee tutor availability for requests made within 48 hours. 4.2. We will strive to provide clients with the requested tutor, but in case of unavailability, we may assign a qualified substitute tutor for the session.

  5. Refunds: 5.1. Refunds will only be issued for sessions canceled by the tutoring service or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. 5.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing, explaining the reason for the refund, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our payment, booking and cancellation policy. Our policy enables us to spend less time on administrative issues and more time on providing a reliable and exceptional tutoring service.
